You will be greeted at the front desk and given a clipboard of which LT room you will be in. In your session you will stand 6-12in apart from the panel and start the timer for a max of 10 minutes. During this time, you can sway or do some standing stretches. After the 5-minute mark the timer will automatically beep prompting you to turn around to get your other side. After the timer is up, the machine will turn off and you are all set to hand the clipboard back to the front desk!
To get the deepest penetration possible, it is recommended that all clothing and excessive jewelry is removed.
